The client's vision was to develop "SwiftLeads AI," a cutting-edge Voice AI platform specifically tailored for elite realtors and brokerages. Process & Execution
To bring this innovative Voice AI solution to life, I engineered the SwiftLeads AI platform using a robust and modern technology stack. The user-facing application was meticulously built with Next.js, ensuring a fast, scalable, and responsive experience. For the backend infrastructure and data management, Supabase was integrated, providing a powerful and flexible solution for handling user data and AI interactions. The core of the conversational AI was powered by Vapi, a sophisticated voice AI platform, seamlessly integrated with ChatGPT for natural language understanding and generation. This combination allowed for highly intelligent and human-like voice interactions, enabling the AI to effectively engage with leads and support real estate operations. The development focused on creating a seamless, high-performance system that could deliver on the promise of advanced voice AI for a demanding professional audience.
